Set a target on Parempi vire. Challenge yourself to take 10,000 steps per day or sleep 7.5 hours per night.
Set a target:
- Exercise target: Dashboard > Tap the upper-right corner
- Steps target: Dashboard > Steps tab > Tap the upper-right corner
- Sleep target: Dashboard > Sleep tab > Tap the upper-right corner
- Second tab in the home view > Set your weekly target (units: hours, exercises, distance, steps, wellness entries)
Track your progress:
We will send you a weekly email with feedback on your progress. You can also track progress from the summaries in the home view.
