The Parempi vire fitness and wellness programs are created by world-class experts to help you pay closer attention to your wellbeing and achieve your goals.


Programs:

  • Physical fitness: strength + conditioning (e.g. home workout and kettlebell), mobility (e.g. yoga and stretching), and cardio (e.g. running)
  • Wellbeing: (e.g. sleep better or increase your water intake)
  • Workday activity: (e.g. active break and ergonomics)
  • Challenges: (e.g. take 10,000 steps per day)
  • Videos: (e.g. achieve your goals)

Start a program:

  • iOS: Programs > Search for programs or choose from the categories menu > Start immediately or next Monday
  • Android: Kettlebell icon > Search for programs or choose from the categories menu > Start on a Monday of your choice

 

Run a program:


Your planned daily tasks are displayed in your home view. You can complete future tasks ahead of time.

You will receive phone notifications of your daily tasks.

 

Tips:

  • You can take up several programs simultaneously.
  • Add photos to your entries to inspire your colleagues to give your training program a try.


Delete a program:

Choose a task from the weekly agenda in your home view > Open a task > Tap the menu in the upper corner > Delete.
